Exposure to research projects helps nurture curiosity in high school students

Students engage in various curricular and extracurricular activities, where they get an opportunity to develop essential skills such as critical thinking, problem-solving, the ability to ask questions and many more. Students’ curiosity is a driving force to learn more about their environment. Exposure to research projects is one of the ways to develop the skills mentioned above in high school students. 

High school students learn to organize their thoughts in a structured manner while working on research projects. They learn to question and try to seek answers for them, work within given constraints and strive to arrive at a conclusion by drawing from their observations. These 21st-century skills are of crucial importance for students and add weight when applying for higher studies, especially at Ivy League colleges and universities.
