We adore Gen Z for their spirit of entrepreneurship, given that it’s not easy having to focus on both studies and side hustles simultaneously. Indeed, young students have excellent startup ideas; however, the key question is where to begin? Here is one such opportunity to get a headstart if you are keen on such an initiative. The Department of Science and Technology (DST) has invited applications from graduates with business and startup ideas. Selected Graduate students will be provided funding to take up entrepreneurship through a fellowship for 12 to 18 months under National Initiative for Developing and Harnessing Innovations-Entrepreneur-in-Residence (NIDHI-EIR) scheme 2021. Along with getting financial support, these students would get mentored by successful entrepreneurs in the industry.
Are you a student thinking about how to get your startup idea started? If you see yourself as a student entrepreneur, we are sure you do not want to miss this.
